Haus des Lehrers / House of the teachers


Haus des Lehrers (German for House of the teachers) is a building in Berlin, located near Alexanderplatz, built between 1962 and 1964 under the German Democratic Republic. Its most notable feature is a mural wrapping around the entire building and extending between the second and fifth above-ground floors. Designed in the style of Mexican mural art by artist Walter Womacka, it is titled Unser Leben (

#nandieb Als es noch euer Land war?? Merkt ihr irgendetwas noch? DDR war euer Land? Bist du etwa ein Russe? Weil DDR ein Ruski Land war. Zu sagen hatte nur Moskau, euer Wahlen waren ein Witz, eure Führer verbrecherische Diener Moskaus die auf deren Befehl eigene Landsleute eingepfercht, gefoltert und umgebracht haben. Warst du schon mal in Hohenschönhausen? Ihr hattet zu Dienen, sonst kam die Stasi oder gar die KGB. Und als ihr dann pleite wart hat euch euch nicht eure Bruder Russe geholfen sondern der Feind im Westen hat euch Kredite gegeben. Und nach dem ihr 1989 ein Dritt-Welt-Land wart, machte der Westen Billiarden locker und hat euch wieder aufgebaut. Wie verblendet kann ein Mensch nur sein...
