Coastal Missile Battery Mod

Description
Adds mobile anti-ship battery to defend coastlines. It fires the current tech for Surface-to-Surface Missiles. Can also fire SRBM upon research of Tactical Nuclear Weapons

@gundawg, not in this mod build yet. Check naval super mod. This unit is included and that mod has an AI build in the description that can be used with it.

@johnkm no they are not because ASROC for destroyers needs to be updated, possibly removed from the workshop. It causes too many weapons on the Destroyer. I'm going to look into this. Check out the naval super mod.

This is actually caused not by the mod itself but by the mod loading order.

This will be fixed in the patch 1.0.3
