Description
Escape From Tarkov USECs VoicePack for XCOM 2 WOTC
WARNING: Contains explicit language

Voice lines list (Сurrently done):
USEC 3 FortyOne ~ 450 voice lines for each with an applied radio effect, WOTC compatible.

Not done:
-Some voice acting packages have not yet been added, usage of PSI abilities is not voiced currently.

Future changes:
? Added phrases "USEC 1"
? Added phrases "USEC 2"
