Recolored Ceda Agents

Gives the ceda agents some newer colors.
While i was at it, i modified the masks of the textue so that gloves and shoes share color and also fixed the reflective strip on the models.
Note: L4D1 guys are missing the "CEDA" logo. i could've added it, but didn't.
Instead all L4D2 guys got the CEDA logo AND the stripes on the backpack, which only the L4D1 guys would have.
