Report a translation problem
The game has no native medieval faction, so maybe this decision has something to do with equipment choices on raids and such. Still weird though, cause if I remember right, it would also mean that an actual medieval faction might spawn in with flak or vac suits, which would be odd.
I guess it would require a manual patch to adjust this, but I wonder if there might be unforeseen consequences in doing so.
Easiest reproduction steps: with the mod list mlie.clothingsorter followed by ludeon.rimworld, start a lost tribe run and click through to character selection; the last names (and nicknames, if not the first name) will be lowercase (e.g. "Trobo 'leopard' cambreibil"). In the other order, they'll be properly uppercase.
Adding a rule to enforce this load order will cause RimSort to have a circular dependency when Cherry Picker https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3521312241 is also loaded: that mod specifies in about.xml that it's loaded after this one, and RimSort's community rules say Cherry Picker should be loaded before ludeon.rimworld.
