Description
This is a set of 3 Bungalows in the style of the tens of thousands of modest working class homes around Chicago, particularly Berwyn and Cicero, but found at all corners of the metropolitan area.

Low impact but made with a lot of love and care.



Three 1x4 Low Density Homes (with garages attached, and 4 color variations on each asset)
~500 Tris, 50 LOD Tris
512x512 Textures (diffuse, normal, specular, illumination, alpha)

Search "Bungalow" or look for each home by its name: Bosworth, Belden and Beverly.

just realized the dumpsters are right in front of the garage doors lol

i put them in a custom asset. whenever they spawn, there is a spam of "problem not found". anyone know why

Is it possible if you can make working class Los Angeles styled bungalows? The workshop seemingly lacks any good form of them, and would be a phenomenal addition to the workshop. You will definitely blow up as an asset creator because of them!
