[Outdated] Slightly Slowed Traditions

Slightly slows down the rate at which you can unlock traditions. Unlike the "Tech/Tradition cost" setting, it scales the unlock cost with the numbers of traditions already unlocked, meaning that early unlocks are only slightly more expensive, but later unlocks are much more so. All in all, you should unlock your fifth ascension perk by the time you normally unlock your seventh.

Useful if you feel you gain unlocks too fast and that traditions choices aren't as meaningful as they should be, but you don't necessarily want to also change tech costs.

Changes TRADITION_COST_TRADITION_EXP from 1.7 to 1.8 in 00_defines.txt
