puts the new TLS rifle on l4d1 animations

the reload animation may be slower in official servers

this use Lt. Rocky's L4D1 rifle anims port

big thanks to ihcorochris for rigging the new rifle to the other skeleton

I didn't understand the title much, does it mean the TLS Rifle Skins are the only ones on the L4D1 Animations or is the default rifle also using L4D1 Animations?
