Wurt MermKing Buff

This mod buffs Wurt significantly when the Mermking is alive, making her almost as strong as Mighty Wulfgang.

Changes made by this mod are:
-+30% more damage while the mermking is alive.
-+25% damage reduction while the mermking is alive.

These values were based on Wigfrid's. I chose these because many consider Wurt to not only be hard to play, but not very good even with a skilled player, so now she starts out weak, but with a bit of effort she becomes stronger then Wigfrid, but with a higher food cost then it is for Wulfgang to stay permanetly Mighty.

This mod is not compatable with any mods that directly alter Wurt's stats. It IS compatable with the Mini Wurt Rework mod (found here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2088617774 ) due to it only changing values centered around the mermking and merms in general and not so much Wurt herself.
