NCR Combat Extended Patch

Description
IMPORTANT NOTE
One file from NCR armor mod breaks CE, the only solution i found is to delete this file manually.

\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1753782862\Assemblies and delete GraphicApparelDetour.dll



Patch for NCR faction, their armor and their service rifle.

I'm new to CE, so if you find any problems or balance issues, write about it in the comments.

Well, this mod features only NCR armor and it already has CE patch

Any chance you could make this for the good version of the NCR faction mod?

The textures on the one you patched look like shee-it
