Starter/budget boat

A budget boat for the very start of ex. carrier mode. With price 11k is affordable and quite functional.
Equipped with a -small engine
-6 passenger seats
-Fire extinguishers, hand flares, flare gun +ammo
-Welding torch both normal and under water
-Hose for fuel
-Navigation lights, docking light, emergency beacon with light, and transponder detector
-Two small electrical motors, in case that you have run out of fuel. (Use them wisely because they will drain the battery in a couple of minutes.)

The boat is managing up till 50% wind on 50% throttle, anything higher than 50% will tip it. At 80%-100% wind is safer to have the throttle at 40%-45%. The problem that occurs is that the battery is drained quite fast with the navlights and on 50% power, so keep an eye at the battery and try to give it small burst of full throttle without tipping the boat.
