Description

What up son!

This mod replaces the pistol with the M1911 from Boneworks.

Features:

Ported model and textures with normal and metalness maps.
Working slide, trigger, and hammer animations.
Fully working magazines that show accurate bullet amounts remaining.
Custom sounds ported from Boneworks.
Left-handed support.

Planned Features:

Custom attachments. (Not really sure about this one, I have no idea how to currently do this and my modeling skills are not great)
Bug fixes.
Left-handed support.Added!

Credits:

Stress Level Zero for creating Boneworks and all of the assets used for this mod. It's a fantastic game, you should really play it if you haven't!
Johnny for recreating the pistol content files[alyxmods.com] I used as a base.
Mettle Meek from the Half-Life Alyx Modding Hub Discord[discord.gg] for helping with getting the mags working properly. Thank you so much!
Valve for creating Half-Life: Alyx and the original Alyx gun model.
Me for extracting/porting the assets and modifying them to work as a pistol skin.

Serious question here. Why hasn't anyone made the Mandolarian IB-94 Pistol/blaster yet for HLA. It would be my go to pistol for sure. Love that gun and would love to try it out on this platform. Please, somebody make this MOD. Cad Banes LL-30 Blaster would be a nice MOD to check out as well.
