Description
Simply disables the Player Light on all Origin characters.

Made for my own use, as i use weapon-lighting mods and it interferes with the lighting of them.

Shared as it might be wanted by some.

Have not figured out how to add Mercenaries yet, will do this in the future if people want it.

There anyone who can make a mod that removes it from custom pcs?

Great mod, would it be possible to get rid of the shiny outlines as well, like in this mod?

I would you that one, but it needs the Script Extender.

So "mercenaries" include custom characters... Idk why that wasn't specified, as when I think of mercenaries I think of character you can hire not custom characters you start the game with. Do you think you could add those maybe? I can's stand the glowing light when I play as tall character like a female lizard.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR, THANK YOU! I TRIED MAKING SOMETHING LIKE THIS YEARS AGO AND GAVE UP DUE TO MY ON LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN MODDING! CAPSLOCK!

so hows the fx mod going
Ninnetyer 9 Nov, 2020 @ 4:49pm
Omg, looking forward to your fx weapon mod, I always wanted some extra effects for weapons in this game, so unique or legendary weapons can finally be strong and beautiful.

But please make it optional the ReShade dll. Script extender is good, probably 70% of the DOSIIDE users may be using it.

wow thanks. also my load times are %500 faster with the script extender

@Deus Imperator
@RzRTelhalm

Yeah, just gotta rename DXGI from Script extender to something else, like _DXGI, then install reshade and rename its DXGI to d3d11.dll and rename the _DXGI back to DXGI and then you have them both working :)

@Deus Imperator pretty sure they work fine together. Just have to change something but I can't remember what it was.

i hope your upcoming mod doesn't require scrpit extender. reshade and script extender don't like each other
