3x4 Parking Lot intended as a gapfiller for those empty random spots. Also gives a small entertainment boost (of 50).Costs 250 to place. Tropical themed.

I use it next to medical centres, police/fire stations and schools, etc. Visitors will park their cars there to give a nice, realistic feel.
Uses some Park Life DLC.

I also have a similar-style parking lot in my Workshop, which is wider (5 wide by 4 deep).
