Slightly more realistic 2035 US Army squad

Description
This is only a small minor 10 minute job i did because i was tired of having to spawn an infantry rifle squad that decided to screw over whatever realism there was compared to real life US army standars and have a literal "1 of everything" for classes so i made this.

9 man infantry rifle squad:
1 Squad leader (Just a rifleman with a pistol + 2 mags, a single red smoke, a NATO IR grenade, and binoculars)
2 Fireteams of:
1 Team Leader (Rifleman kit with no changes)
1 Grenadier (Rifleman loadout + 40mm grenades, no magazine or grenade had to be removed)
1 Automatic Rifleman (MXLSW with 100 round mags, also same amount of grenades as the others)
1 Rifleman

Compared to the stock game rifle squad composition i did the following:
- Removed GPS from everyone (Might add them for SLs and TLs if they use them in real life)
- Removed Binoculars from everyone except Squad lead
- Removed the obviously unnecessary glowsticks
- Removed the pistols from everyone
- Everyone gets IR lasers
- No more weird roles mixed with rifle squads
- No more people with customized helmets or uniforms out of regulations, now everyone has the same fatigues and standar combat helmet in sand color since it blends with the MTP better than the standar olive combat helmet
- Everyone gets the same basic lite vest (its the closest to real life modern vests, no exoskelleton looking stuff) and combat helmet
- Everyone gets the same sights, which are the ACO red dots, i didn't use RCO since i just cant stand those and personally hate them, but you can use them if you want on everyone
- Everyone gets 2 defensive grenades, 2 white smokes, and 1 green smoke, and a single first aid kit
- The ammo count for everyone has been increased to 9 total mags of rifle ammo. Good enough for sustained firefights
- Grenadiers get 6 HE 40mms and 5 White smoke 40mms. Considering to just change all the smokes for more HE
- Automatic Rifleman get a total of 4 100 round mags.

Im open to criticism, if anyone can provide source or personal anecdotes about what i got wrong compared to a generic standar rifleman squad loadout i will change it. Obviously since its a 9 man squad they wont fit anymore in the UH80 or in 2 MRAPs, so you might wanna use custom vehicles or think outside the box.

No DLC required, made on purpose on vanilla content
