Description
This is the first model of the Hokuriku Automobile Industry, a fictitious automobile manufacturer in Toyama Prefecture, as it relaunches under the "Northstar" brand.

The platform uses EMP2 in the same group, and the engine is a hybrid model that combines a 1.3L NORTHSTAR-MOBIUS in-line 4 engine and a motor.
