Hot Chocolate

Description
Turn the chocolate you harvest from your cocoa trees into something even better. In addition to applying a mood buff on consumption, hot chocolate fills more recreation and hunger than consuming regular chocolate.

-Adds a hot chocolate recipe to the game.
-Recipe is usable at the campfire, electric stove, and fueled stove.
-Unlocked after researching Cocoa.
-Usable by all technology levels.

Updated to support 1.5. Also changed the following:
- Hot Chocolate now defaults to disallowed for Biotech's Growth Vat
- Hot Chocolate is now unusable in the "Make chemfuel from organics" recipe for the Biofuel Refinery

hi i havent unlocked cocoa or tree planting yet (had to focus on some other techs first) but i managed to trade for some hot chocolate, and it saved 2 of 3 colonists from mental break :)

Was half expecting a more San Andreas flavor of Hot Chocolate but that might not be appropriate for this mod platform.
