Default CSS MP5 HQ Sound Fix (VERSION 2)

Description
This version of my CSS MP5 sound fix uses the uzi's sound! This is compatible with uzi sound mods, however it will replace both the uzi and the CSS MP5. This also changes in-game sound scripts! :)
