TTT Multiplication Grenade

As a Traitor you can now buy an Item that will look like a regular discombobulator but after a few seconds
it will multiply itself and every little grenade is a much stronger discombobulator.

ConVars:

ttt_multiplication_grenade_pull_physics - if set to true, props will also be pushed (might result in lags) (default: false)
ttt_multiplication_grenade_push_force - Push force value for players (default: 400)
ttt_multiplication_grenade_radius - Radius of every single greade (default: 800)
ttt_multiplication_grenade_multiplication_counter - Multiplication Counter (You can calculate the number of Grenades by
2*2^counter) (default: 3 (2*2^3 = 32))
