Tolerian

Tolerian is a mod that was WIP for more than a year solely because i was too lazy to make new ships for it.
It will continue to receive new ships with time.

Tolerian is a "2 groups" faction, while those two groups are in fact seperated by nothing other than me choosing arbitraly.
The civilian in light color is weaker, lighter, and cheaper.
The military in orange is where the bulk of the DPS and HPs are. They are the real danger.
Both of them possess numerous healing drones which makes civilian, while weaker, still a threat as they can heal military ships.
The singular region is very strong with the middle most region being able to have 30000P of ships inside it.

The civilian does not possess any missiles but can have mining drones.
Their biggest weapon is cheap scale 2 cannons.
The military possesses high piercing railguns and better and bigger gun, PDs included.
