Two Surviving Against Specials

A mutation I made for a friend, but decided to publish in case anyone else likes it.

Survival mutation. Two survivors only (no bots.)
No common infected, no tanks.
Eight special spawn cap.
The idea is to survive against them as long as possible, practicing your response time against special infected.
If you get pinned, you get auto-revived similar to Last Man On Earth. If you get incapped some other way, your teammate should be able to revive you in one second instead of five. (Untested)
You have nine downs. On your tenth down you're dead for good. When both of you do, it's over.

Also includes a training variant, which is intended to be used alongside god mode and infinite ammo (neither of which I can figure out how to enable from the get-go, so you'll need something like Admin System or sourcemod to do). As such, it makes the following changes on top of the previously described ones:
No spitters or boomers (they're nearly useless when you're invincible)
Other four specials' limits are at 2, so it's still 8 at a time
Downs are changed from 9 to 99 (just in case)

So, yeah. If you want a survival mode that's all about gunning down specials as fast and efficiently as you can, enjoy.

And if you feel the urge to tear this mutation apart to tweak it for your own preferences, go ahead. I mostly used borrowed code from Rayman's mutations as a foundation so it's only fair.
