These assets are just facades. No have platforms.

고베역은 일본의 고베시에 위치해 있으며 이 건물은 1930년에 3번째 고베역사로 지어진 건물입니다.
어셋은 기차 카테고리에 있지만 konfox0527님의 8m 고가 승강장과 같이 쓰기 위해 만들어져있기 때문에 어셋 자체에는 승강장이 없습니다. 승강장을 원하시면 해당 어셋을 다운받으셔야 합니다.

This is the 3rd Generation building of Kobe station which is built in 1930. Located in Kobe city, Japan.
These are in train category but don't have platforms because these are made for matching with konfox0527's 8m height platform assets. So you should subscribe those if you want platforms.

神戸駅です。1930年代3代目神戸駅として建てられました。
アセットは鉄道カテゴリに位置していますが、konfox0527さんの8m高架ホームに合わせて使えるように作られたため、アセット自体にはホームがありません。ホームは別途必要です。

Is there any way to connect a train line to other train stations? I can only create a new line connecting stations from this asset.

They are props. Find it on props menu. and you can search it with search term "Kobe" with "Find it" MOD

I wish this were a whole building, but it's a great-looking facade. I didn't want to mess with mods so I used it with an Amtrak building prop and invisible train station. It worked well and looks great in my city!

The window prop is slightly rotated relative to its axis which makes it hard to place it in rows with move it. Could you fix the axis?
