Listen im really drunk and ive been working on this for 24 hours+ this ports been a nightmare i did my best and i will refine this more when i get time but please accept this in its current state so i can sleep.

As usual please post any problems in the comments and I'll see if i cant fix them.

Please send me your posters, if i like them ill put them on the workshop!

All right guys i need your help here. there are 700+ animations to this model and that is too much to sift through for me alone so i set up a google doc here:

So it does seem to be a scaling problem, setting it to the .27 thing helped a bit, but it is still very jank. I can make out his head and everything now but it's still super stretched, but making it the correct scale would make this thing MASSIVE and I'm not sure it'll load in before blender gives out lmao

Uh ok there is also a scale controller in the action editor so you may want to clear those out to make the thing work properly

I’m not really sure how to describe it but scaling issue sounds the closest, the model does do the animation but it’s all skinny and squashed looking. I’ve tried scaling the model and the animations armature but it messes up the same way every time I combine them. Sorry to cause a hassle, between work and life stuff I have trouble finding time to be able to commit too much brain power to this stuff

uhhh screw up how cause it might be a scaling issue try setting the skeleton to 0.274076 scale before applying the animations

I’m porting the model from SFM and I took an animation I wanted to use and saved it as a DMX file, the animation loads in and all the bones look correct but when I try to attach it to the model it breaks. I’m for sure not an expert on blender, I just started recently sitting down trying to use it so it could be something I’m not doing correctly

Is there some special thing you have to do for the animations in blender? I can get the model to load in correctly but any time I attempt to give it an animation the rig goes mega jank. Any help would be greatly appreciated
