More Secure Barotrauma

Description
Adds more security to 2 objects: Terminal, Weaponholder. Just use the items Secure Terminal or Secure Weaponholder in the editor and adjust permissions via the picked_required field. It's a very simple mod, I don't mind adding more objects that you think would be useful to include for a more Secure Barotrauma Environment. Protect our submariners!

I wish you could get secure fabricatiors / deconstructors as well as secure junction boxes. I'd love for all the wiring to be secure but that's more complicated.
