Correct Campaign Order

Description
Self explanatory addon, corrects the order of the campaigns so they now go:
L4D1 Story -> L4D1 Non-Canon -> L4D2 Story -> L4D2 Non-Canon
Instead of... whatever it was initially.

MINOR ISSUE:
Before clicking on 'select campaign', Dead Center is still auto-selected.
I've tried changing that but it hasn't worked yet.
I'll update this addon when I figure it out.
