It is a Chinese style lantern ward, the pane has 4 sides, every side construts a Chinese character: "吉", "祥", "如", and "意".
The 4 characters make a Chinese auspicious word "吉祥如意", pronounced as "Ji Xiang Ru Yi", it means everything goes well; good luck and happiness to someone, be as lucky as desired; good fortune as one wishes.

PS.
The portrait only shows a totally black silhouette of the ward is just a bug, I believe Valve will fix it.
I could have submitted it more early, but for some reason I just submitted lately, maybe it's kinda late for #Spring2014 event, but still hope you guys like it!
