Adds Portugal led by Sebastiao de Carvalho to the game.



UNIQUE ABILITY: ENLIGHTENED RECONSTRUCTION
  • Social Policies provide Building Production in the Capital when adopted and are 3% cheaper for each met Civilization with more Policies (max 15%).

UNIQUE UNIT: ABRANTINO
  • Replaces the Cavalry/Cuirassier (with Enlightenment Era).
  • Begins with Alpine Training.
  • Damages adjacent units when starting on a Hill tile.

UNIQUE BUILDING: NOBLES' COLLEGE
  • Replaces the Public School/Academy (with Enlightenment Era).
  • Provides +15% Culture, which decreases upon adopting a Social Policy.

With JFD's Sovereignty:
UNIQUE ABILITY: ENLIGHTENED RECONSTRUCTION
  • Reforms provide Building Production in the Capital when passed and are impeded by Cities 3% less for each met Civilization with more Reforms (max 15%).

UNIQUE UNIT: ABRANTINO
  • Replaces the Cavalry/Cuirassier (with Enlightenment Era).
  • Begins with Alpine Training.
  • Damages adjacent units when starting on a Hill tile.

UNIQUE BUILDING: NOBLES' COLLEGE
  • Replaces the Public School/Academy (with Enlightenment Era).
  • Reduces Reform Cooldown from Citizens by +15%, which decreases upon passing a Reform.
