Kaiserreich Soviet Restoration Submod

Description
This submod purges the vexillological disaster that is the current Russian Socialist Republic flag introduced in the Russia update.
- Restores the three leftist flags for the different factions
- Restores and fixes the localisation to fit the flags.
* Soviet Union - Totalist, Syndicalist
* Russian Soviet Republic - RadSoc
