Scourge the Hedgehog is a spike-oriented rushdown character intent on getting early kills on you, disrespecting you, and generally being all-around a nuisance to fight

Definitely needs a move set revamp. I like scourge and all but I feel this character really needs it. They mostly do little damage, especially his specials.

Loved the comics and love the character, if you don't mind taking suggestions would it be possible to make a Similar character based on a old sonic show called Sonic Underground? his name is Manic and the only hard part/Problem would be the hair but would love to still see him in Rivals
