Fully Destructible House V2 (Performance)

Description
This version of the Fully Destructible House was made to run better on your PC. It's made of 218 objects, compared to the 605 the Original is made of.

House made of 218 objects that can be destroyed for fun.

A few cautions to have:
- Spawn Point is in the bottom left of the House, under the Concrete Slab.
- Since it's made of 218 objects, it pushes more than usual from your PC, so make sure to test if it runs it on an empty area
- Make sure you are running the game at or above the default 16 simulation iterations (check the settings of your game) so that the House doesn't destroy itself upon spawning it.

The bricks that were in between the wooden walls were made by individual bricks on the original one (instead of the already ingame wall brick), so instead of the game simulating a wall brick, it was simulating every individual brick, which was very demanding, especially for low end PCs.
