Increased Range of Weapons

- Description.
Adds +15 range points to all ranged weapons and turrets.
Exept throwing weapons, granades etc. they was not changed.
Weapons from mods not supported, intended for Vanilla weapons.

- Example of changes.

Native revolver = 25.9
Modded revolver = 40.9

Native Assault rifle = 30.9
Modded Assault rifle = 45.9

- Compatability.
XML changes only.
