Description
Heyo. Excuse the wait since the last upload, unfortunately a lot of things take priority in my life ahead of modding this game (and I hate the process of creation ever since the new launcher was released). Anyway, here is my next piece of work.

Once a ruthless rebel, now a feared emperor; Arcturus Mengsk is the supreme leader of the Terran Dominion by the events of StarCraft II, and he has now arrived to advise you in your bid for galactic supremacy!

Incorporating voiceover from SC2: Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm as well as the game's Co-Op mode, this modification includes a FULLY voiced advisor with a total of 78 unique responses to all possibilities within your standard game of Stellaris.

I hope you'll enjoy having old Arcturus over your shoulder advising you the only way he knows how. Thanks in advance.

@ammageddon14520 Your problem is likely clientside then. Try verifying the integrity of the game cache or reinstalling if that doesn't work. I'm really not the one to ask for technical issues, 'fraid to say.
