MultiPlayer Space Bar Pause

Description
I wanted to be able to pause the game easily like in single player when playing with my friends and this mod enables people to do just that. This is primarily aimed at people who play with their friends and don't mind the game being paused from time to time. Space is a convenient tool for the pause button and I lament that paradox still is not putting in the ability to map our own keys or at the very least make this a toggle option in the game rules.

All players in the lobby are required to have this mod as it changes the checksum.

@The Duck, The mod edits the base HUD file if a mod changes that file it will cause fuckery to happen, a separate mod would need to be maintained that edits the HUD file of that mod.

Just a heads up but found a bug with compatibility with the Skyrim mod. My brother and I run only the skyrim mod, skyrim music, and this. For some reason it doesn't allow us to select our deity. Not sure if this is something worth looking into for you since its compatibility with another mod. Appreciate it either way.

seems to still be working after last update. All the other multi player space bar mods do some crazy things to the UI. Have not noticed anything wrong with this one.
