Description
A Mod for Breaking up Ming for an EUIV Multiplayer Roleplaying Campaign

Breaks up Ming into 21 tags, with ideas for all of them, mostly aligning to the NIE ideas for chinese minors.

Special Thanks to Helena, Zobertus, and Silver Knight of Anor Londo.

Idea groups:
- AI will never pick exploration
- AI will never pick expansion

- This only affects Ming. Any other nation will get the usual penalties

- China has been fragmented into all possible releasables
- Despite this, Ming doesn't start with cores or permaclaims on China, instead they can pass a decision in 1444 that will grant them regular claims on China superregion
- All releasables with generic Chinese ideas have received new idea sets
- Taiwan is owned by a merchant republic Tungning with an idea set focused on trade and colonisation
- Taiwan starts as vassal of Min
- Yi starts as vassal of Dali
- Ming starts with a 3/3/6 ruler now
- All Ming tributaries are now fully independent nations
Fixes:
- Fixed 1.31.3 Ottomans Heirs being atrocious fixed by altering the event and Ottoman Government reform
