Avali Continued CE Patch [1.1] DEPRECATED

Description
NO LONGER SUPPORTED
According to the mod author, they have no plans to continue the main avali mod and you are better off using RimVali if you still want Avalis in your game.
As for a CE patch for RimVali I no longer use CE as it only became an incompatible mess with other mods that I liked to use. If I have the time I would try to make CE patches for those niche mods as well.
In other words, no, I'll probably not make a CE patch for RimVali. (And I also don't know how would it interact with CE since I no longer use CE).

FURRYHUSKY1000's attempt into fixing bunch of XML errors and making it fully compatible with CE and as well as giving weapons and armor proper damage and protection values respectively.
Some ammo crafting costs have been doubled due to thier firepower.

Original patch creator is Ksisa, I Do Not Claim Ownership Of This Patch.
All I did is update the patch to be compatible with Combat Extended 1.1.

!! I will remove this from workshop if the Authour demands it to be removed !!

----Original Description----
Makes Eriss's and my Avali mod compatable with Combat Extended.
CE doesn't work with the Hacking mechanic, so it is turned off in this patch.
Load after the Avali mod (and after the Avali tweak mod if you have it).
While it theoretically works with old saves, your weapons will not have ammunition and I reccomend to start a new save just in case anyway.

----To do list----
-Fix patching operations for Elite Variant of combat and hellcat armor.
-Fix melee weapons, I still haven't touched those yet, probably doesn't do damage to barely armored enemies.

-Fix Avali 'Firedart' rocket launcher to not require Avali Rockets in crafting (It doesn't make sence since it already uses those as ammo)
-Some additional Ammo Tweaks done

----Sample of stuff that got changed (There are more to list, take a peek in the XML Files if you're really that interested)----
-Fixed XML errors
->Fixed Avali Turrets refering to obsolete CE code, now it requires ammo.

-Fixed Avali Miniguns (both gun and turret version) only firing single shots
-Avali Minigun rounds now has a base damage of 15, with sharp penetration of 30.00 and blunt penetration of 57.60 (somewhat similar to 8x35mm charged rounds)
->Increased crafting costs for Avali minigun rounds. (4 plasteel, 2 components -> 18 plasteel, 10 Steel, 16 components)(Somewhat similar to 8x35mm Charged Rounds)
->Increased market value (0.14 -> 1.18)
->Increased max stack (400 -> 800)

-Avali Rockets now have proper damage of 304, sharp penetration of 500 and blunt penetration 44.956 (somewhat similar or stronger than RPG 7 HEAT grenades)
->Increased crafting costs. (some values remains but will now require 10 FSX instead of 5 and doubled component costs)
->Increased market value (33.76 -> 60.76)
->Increased max stack (20 -> 25)
->Increased Mass (2 kg -> 4 kg)
->Increased Bulk (3 kg -> 5 kg)

(And many more Ammo, guns, and Armor tweaks.)
