Don't you think that hives should have their females more looking as woman but not as queens?This mod adds a new subrace to Hive which name is Princess.
To install the mod just unzip "Princess of the Hive" folder to the Kenshi\mods for example (C:\games\Kenshi\mods). Then turn on the mod in the launcher.

Description:

Princess of the hive is a mysterious creature being along time in the undergound galleries of the Hive but recently their unexpected appearance on the surface
firstly caused a big interest among greedy to exotic noblemen. It's very handy that appearance of the princess pleased rich perverts from the United Cities.
In the Hive base task of princess is to look after young. Princess can very fast bread a new offspring with breast-feeding. But sometimes defective individuals
are born wich are not suitable for Hive service. They are usually exiled forevermore. So, defective princess have appeared in the world of Kenshi.Biologically
princess is similar to human female, there is an ability to childbearing, if prince inseminates princess but she can't become pregnant from shek or human that
makes her an ideal concubine.
Defective Princess can't survive in the big world because of their weakness. Thanks to slavers they survive and get in the slave markets. Princess have a
predisposition to crafts and science, healing and dexterity, but have a disadvantage in strength.
Because of the biological specificity of the work of "mommy" in the Hive, Princess have an ability to very fast regeneration.
