Configurable AI Seduction : Events&Scheme 4.2 for 1.16

Seducing and courting scheme was modified, ai can't use those to target player's consort, spouse or lover.

Every event contains cheating affairs was modified, player's consort, spouse or lover can't be targeted by those events or trigger those events or using cheating options.

New game rules to limit AI's seduction target to their own spouses, protection for courtiers, dynasty members and player's heirs.

If you want to any affairs even those completely between NPCs from happening, turn on "Targeting Limitation" and "Strict Rule".
These will make sure NPCs won't be able to seduce others using schemes, and no affair related events will be triggered or targeting them.

New Strict Rule options, can prevent affair events from happening in a risky but most effective way, may cause some flavor events from happening.
Dynasty Protection options now also protects member's family, new option to prevent they seducing others npcs.
