A better version of zs_citymansion_v2

First version description:

A small map for Zombie Survival

it's my first map so don't expect much from it :(
If you have any advice that you want to give me or anything that helps me to improve, I would really appreciate it

Changes on this version:
-Better lighting (Thank you Scott uwu)
-Added more cars, fences, trees and traffic lights outside the house
-Added a car ramp to the right side of the entrance so normal zombies can enter through the second floor window
-Fixed the zombie spawn looking backwards
-Added a zombiegasses entity
-Sealed the map
-Changed info_player_terrorist and info_player_counterterrorist to info_player_human and info_player_zombie
