Skaven Warpstone Currency

Description
Skaven no use for stupid gold, want shiny warpstone yes yes!

Changes the treasury and income icons to Warpstone Tokens.

Unfortunatley i can't change the boost income icon on the Warplock Engineer without changing it for all engineers (Dwarves etc.), if anyone knows how to do this pls let me know.

@Squirrel This only changes the currency for the Skaven faction. So if the other person plays a different race he wont have warpstone tokens.

I think you should rename the currency to "warpstone tokens"; since that is the name of the actual currency of the under-empire

I'm fine how it is write now. That would require alot more work then simply adjusting colours to sth. more rusty. So probably won't.

Perhaps remove the metal parts and add couple holes, to imply some skaven tried to steal wrapstones and I think it fits the theme well in my opinion.

Also use leather textures on the metal parts for wef chest to symbolise their connection with the nature?
