[WOTC] The Halo 5 Armor Compendium

My very first mod!

Hey there folks, this one has been baking for quite some time, and has been through more turbulence than any set of files ever deserved.

Full disclaimer: This pack of armors if fitted to females only, and while I am very capable of doing the males, this one took me two months (including a pc failure, and building a new one, and having to learn as I went along) and I am very tired. So if you really need some armored dude-bros in your life, I wouldn't get your hopes up too high in the immediate future.

What's inside?

40 completed sets of armor from the Halo 5 spectrum, and several miscellaneous arm and leg sets. I won't list them all here but they exist, I promise.
They are split amongst the many armor slots, so feel free to mix and match the armors as you so desire.

What's not inside?

Well, a few things. Obviously Halo 5 had much more than 40 armors, but to be totally honest, if it was too ugly to spend time on, I kindly introduced it to the cutting room floor, along with anything i didn't get/make complete assets for or anything that got bugged or currupted in transition between computers.

FAQ

There are none because this is the fisrt version so take notes.
-Use the highlander.
-INVISIBLE HEADS. You can't wear most of the helmets without it. A lot of people say that it crashes their game, but I have never experienced that issue. If you don't want to use it, there are plenty of helmets that do cover the head completely.

The mods great... tho it doesn't really help me as much, I'm trying to recreate the reformed Alpha 9 with all the original ODSTs (-Rookie, +Grechen), so it's quite problematic that I can't really get the Male Spartans to get geared properly in a Helljumper(no tech suit for em either) and the Hi Res Halo 5 mod is a little too rigid and doesn't recieve as well to add ons such as a rangefinder from the WOTC Halo ODST & Redux Reach Trooper series.

Any recommendations?

I have little to no coding/file editing experience.

If you are as interested as I am in using these armors on male characters, I recommend that you open the XComContent file for this mod and get all the pieces that are not the cybersuit, and create a copy within the mod itself, changing the gender to male
It's not perfect, but it's a great deal XD

Is anyway change slot like Arm --> Forearm, Leg --> Thigh or Shin? I tried to change in config file, but only got empty equipment.

the one and only thing i will say about it, i wish it had compatibility with the jetpack mod, the Halo 5 armor had thrusters and the jetpack mod has jet trooper deployment, meaning you could equip the jetpacks and have your troops enter with an undersized squad, in other words you could basically recreate the halo 4 intro with the spartans dropping in mid combat

All the halo mods were great, with all the star wars mods coming out i wish the same happened for halo. Would legit pay for it if i could lol

@Ausanan you might be able to just make a compatibility mod for this one to convert them to male armor.

@SYNYSTERP0TAT0 Hey mate, I'm thinking of looking into doing a halo 4 or 5 armour mod. Where did you get the assets from? I can't find anywhere to get them.
