So yes, with this mod you can declare war, fight for 4 turns (10 turns in vanilla), and then you can end war (peace treaty) without reliability loss. Same in reverse: you ended war, you need to wait for 4 turns (10 turns in vanilla) before you can declare the next war on them to avoid reliability hit. The game tries to explain when you haven't waited long enough, but IIRC there are some cases where the notification missing from UI but the reliability rating decrease will still be there.
There are many such periods of "you can't break this treaty yet" or "you can't go to war after breaking this treaty yet" ("...or you will be seen as treacherous") in game, all of them 10 turns long in vanilla; I try to cut down on many of them in the main mod.
I declare war
4 turns pass
I declare peace treaty
4 turns pass
Cancel treaty and declare war on same turn.
I can cancel peace treaty and declare war on the same turn?
or I need to wait another 4 turns to declare another war?
Just so I don't get reliability penalty.
