No need to upgrade the Battle Phases. Click each buildings and then queue production units of your choice to help grind your Production-based achievements. Use Ultimate Gamemode Resources and Ultimate Gamemode Resources Expanded mods to boost your Resources and mitigate the Population Cap. The best one would be in the victory condition "VP:10x Resources, 1000 PopCap". Also set the Victory Point limit to 1000 Points so you have time to produce before claiming the win.
