This mod adds an edited version of the Dominator from the Psycho-Pass anime series to the game that allows it to roll personality traits and bond with its owner. This is a simple .xml edit that allows the weapon to roll with personality traits and be bonded to its owner.

@silent service it's basically like the persona weapons you pick up, it can roll traits like jealous, kill focus, etc. and would bond to it's owner unless it rolls freewielder
