Instead, grants +1/2/3 Capital from Military Buildings.

Aspirational

Adds +3/4/5 Capital per active Satellite on top of the 1/2/3 orbital coverage range boost.

Disciplined

No longer boosts XP gain.

Instead, grants +2/3/4 Culture for each city with a military unit garrisoned.

Cultural border expansion discount buffed from 10/15/20 to 40/60/80.

Station trade route yields boost increased from 30/40/60% to 100/200/300%.

No longer grants 5/10/15 strength and ranged strength while units are in neutral or enemy territory.

Now grants 75/100/125 Capital from kills.

No longer grants military units bonus strength and ranged strength while under friendly orbital coverage.

I've considered changing Suspicious and Protective, but I don't know what I'd shift them to.
