Description
Why doesn't Manx have its own culture?
Well... now it does!
Hurrah!

What this mod changes:
-Adds the Manx Culture to the game, found on the Isle of Man with unique names and dynasties
-1066 Startdate changed so that the ruling family of Mann is of Manx Culture (867 Startdate remains with Ivar the Boneless)
-Changes localisation of Cumbrian Culture to "Cumbric"

are u guys thinking off adding decision for the cultures, i think it would be cool to expand the manx culture or restore a cumbrian kingdom or sm
