Regarding kidnapping: Pretty easy to add, I'm doing it the easy way and just removing the checks on the plot targets so I just need to do that with. I'm just not playing CK3 much right now so I haven't found the time to add it

Strange, are you sure you don't have a conflicting mod? Try lowering this mod in your load order. It is still working for me when I test this mod alone
