That I really don't know, it's probably loading issues the G.Mod 13 has.

I cant really explain that to you cause it's too hard for me, I'll try to explain it the best way I can.
So when U go to the main lobby menu, on the bottom right corner, you will see a XBOX 360-ish looking controller logo; Click on that & it will pop up the game activation menu, look for the name "Day of Defeat: Source" then click on that and you will have DoD:S in your G.Mod from that point on.
