that is a keen bug, it is hard coded( other hydrogen farms have the same bug)

@Gulak: Ohh confirmed, it really does produce Hyrogen (over 8.900 liter/min). I have put it on the "Large Grid Small Hydrogen Tank" from Nikolas March (also great mod) and i see it's filling up. Yesterday i only looked on our Hydrogen Farm with a Battery and i only saw "Oxygen Produce".
PS: I am new to Space Engineers. So, Sorry :)

@Julia, you will see "oxygen output" but it will produce hydrogen.

Not sure why but almost all mods including this one) seems to produce Oxygen instead of Hydrogen. maybe someone can tell me why
