Eden's Treasure: Bolts and Volts

Description
The next unlocked Treasure of Eden.

This time we've got something special, it took a LOT of work from everyone, but here we are.

A brand new status effect: Shock! Enemies with Shock will take 2 damage per shock stack each time they move!

A collection of spells too!

Surge: Shocks all enemies!

True Thunder: Bolts the entire enemy field with a mega light bolt!

Rolling Thunder: Fires a slow moving thunder ball zapping everything in its path!

Indignation: The middle of the enemy's field gets zapped!

Pekay Thunder: Fires off a single bolt forward, dealing zappy damage

Restrain: All enemies get zapped and rooted for 4 seconds

Rainbow Thunder: A bolt of lightning that can apply all sorts of weird statuses!


And along with that, a whole package of new artifacts

Tri Thunder: It'll randomly call thunder storms!

Energy Deck: It'll shock enemies when you shuffle

Spare Batteries: If you hit with thunder, it'll restore your mana!

Miracle Thunder: Sometimes, a healing bolt of lightning will strike you. Don't count on it, it's a rare one.

High Voltage: When you consume cards, someone might get shocked!

Conservation of Energy: You'll have a chance to keep your Zappy Spells when you cast them!

Thunder Shield: When you hit something with Lightning, you'll gain 30 shield!

Stolen Thunder: When you hit something with Lightning, you might just steal some of the enemy's Spell Power!

Thunder Red: Lightning can hit SO hard, it'll set things on fire!

Second Bolt: If you hit something with lightning, you'll do it again!

hey yeah the shock on saffron seems overtuned, i think its best to hold off on this mod until its resolved

uhh...so saffron inflicts shock on YOU.
are there any ways of dealing with it after the fact?

Shock status seems like it's working now, at least on the spells. May I suggest taking a look at the artifacts? cause it seems like some of them still aren't working correctly. Like I got High Voltage during a run, and it wasn't applying Shock when I consumed cards.

I'm FAIRLY sure I have it fixed. Admittedly I've been a tad more busy than normal. But that SHOULD fix it, as well as an update that should fix animations in another mod that I've made.

Seconding the previous comment that the Shock status doesn't appear to actually exist.

I'll look into that later tonight. Thanks for the bug report. I think in part that could be a result of updates over time.

The Shock status seems to be bugged for me. The spells and artifacts are showing up and doing damage, but they're not applying the Shock status, nor is there a tooltip for the Shock status in the item descriptions.
