Yea no idea.

i don't know,i just start playing rimworld again few days before,in these day only a useless language patch been update in rimworld.

does it explode since the begining or since an update ? might be an update that changed something

yea thats why i feel weird,my cable is covered won't be rain,there is no battery,cable only only to this generator and it shouldn't explode,but it explode.
the fire is very small not a problem but i feel like why,maybe they change the system.

Hello, i dont think i've set anything that would make it randomly explode. Haven't played in a while , so idk if anything game related changed but I doubt it. It must have taken damage somehow. Maybe a power surge or something ? Sometimes cables explode, if it explode next to it it could trigger it. But that might be due to rain then, don't remember well :$

hello,this generator cause cable explosion twice already and i don't have any battery.
feels wired,i thought permanent energy like this never explode like nuclear power,is this normal or they change the methmod in 1.2?

How big is explosion, when is reactor damaged?
